How do you know if your application has been successfully submitted:

• At the end of the application when you click "submit" you will receive a message on your computer screen saying "Your application to the Canadian Athletes Now Fund has been successfully submitted"
• Within minutes you will also receive a Confirmation email sent to the email address you provided in your application from athleterelations@canadianathletesnow.ca letting you know your application has been received.
